I am interested to know if you are influenced by the current trend by big High Street brands (UK) to hire well known women to boost their sales.
Is fashion and “who’s wearing what” most important to you? Is it the quality of the clothing? The price? Are you influenced by the ethics of the production of the product? Or something else completely?

Definately not.
I don’t see how endorsing average clothes with say, Kate Moss’s names, enables the clothing to be sold at ridiculously higher prices than other similar items in Topshop!!
Stupid really, i though Madonna’s range was very average, but i have yet to see Lily Allen’s.
I know Victoria Beckham had a few nice jeans for Rock & Republic, but i still wouldn’t buy them instead of my Sass&Bides!! They’re like £350!
It is debateable as to whether Moss has great style, personally i quite like it most of the time, but just because she has an eye for fashion, does not mean she can design, her clothes seem just the same as everything else in Topshop, if not more boring. I shop in Topshop and will continue to, but i would not buy a vest top she “designede” for double the price just for the sake of her name and two extra buttons!!
Stupid really.
I think there ought to be more ethical clothing. I’ll admit it’s never interested me, but if, say, Topshop introduced a range i would be interested, it would also be a lot more constructive.
Celebrities should stop putting their names on decidedly average clothes for extra millions, but should let other young, talented designers through.
I may be inspired by what a celebrity wears, if it is wearable, and use Asos on odd occasions, but they don’t care about my clothes, so why should i care about theirs!!
Good question. Sorry my answer is so long
I don’t really care who “wears the clothes” I just try to stay with the fashions but still give it my own twist!
Nope, I wouldn’t change where I shop just to go to where a celebrity endorsed. Doesn’t make sence to me
I haven’t so much as given Kate Moss or Lilly Allen’s fashion line a look.
If the price is right and it looks good then it is good enough to be on me.
to be honest, i don’t really care what Kate Moss and TOPSHOP make together…. i’ll still wear my raggy sponge jeans and converse trainers! lol
Not in the slightest. I am me and I wear what I want to wear, not what the celebs are wearing.
No the charity shop does me lol.
Hell no. If anything, it’s likely to make me even less liable to buy them.
No i wouldn’t and it would be more expensive too. If i like something and it looks good on me i’ll buy it for that reason. I love clothes!
I wouldn’t! I buy clothes if I like the style and the way it looks on me! If someone famous got it, it makes it cooler I suppose.
well in some cases like when i like the style of the person, like Kate Moss’ TOPSHOP i would be swayed if something had that label just because i see what Kate Moss is wearing and i like it! But other celebrity lines really put me off! I saw a top i liked in H&M and i was kind of like should i buy it should i not then saw it was Madonna H&M and decided not! I don’t like her style and it’s kind of weird how she’s taking over the world! x
Hell No
i try to have my own style but i dont care what celebritys are wearing
No. The clothes have to look good to stand a chance. Think back to when Jackie Joyner-Kersee was trying to peddle one legged track suits. That was the biggest fizzle ever.
No way if i didnt like or feel comftable in an item of clothing i wud never wear them!!
Not really, although Lily Allen’#s Lily Loves range is really nice.
For me the most important things are quality, whether I like the garment and price. I haven’t yet bought any ethical clothing but I think I should try at least one ethical item.
honestly speaking all these top celeb shops generally have clothes in not so gr8 styles coz the question u ask urself is would i have bought it if it werent by kate moss or kylie or wotever. funny thing is these celebs only ever wear their designs during its promotion and launching!!!!!!
I only buy what I like.
No. I only purchase clothes if I like them regardless of the celeb. Sometimes (in Kate Moss’ case) it can put me off of the shop!
